Why a bot instead of another app

You already open Telegram many times a day. A coach that lives there gets used, while a separate tracker app tends to end up in a folder on page three.

Telegram also runs on every device, so your log is the same on your phone, laptop and in the browser.

What the bot does

It logs meals from photos, voice notes or text and estimates calories, protein, carbs and fat. It tracks weight and body photos, logs workouts and can pull steps, active calories and sleep from Apple Health.

When you ask, it sends charts of your weight and calories into the chat. A private web dashboard shows the full history.

Start from a calculator

If you used one of our free calculators, the button under the result opens the bot with your numbers already filled in, so onboarding takes less than a minute.

Privacy

Each person's log is kept separate and is only visible to them. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time. Details are on the privacy page.
